Hai Van is also one of the few operators allowed to pick up and drop off right at terminals T1, T2 and T3 of Tan Son Nhat Airport, so your airport–Vung Tau leg stays seamless, easy and unhurried.
Ho Chi Minh City departures run 5am–midnight and Vung Tau 2am–9:45pm. A bus every 15–30 minutes, so there is no single timetable to plan around.
Board at an office, a stop on the route or by door-to-door shuttle from most districts. Share your address when booking so Hai Van confirms the meeting point; shuttle coverage varies by departure.
The Hai Van desk sits at the airport pickup column inside Tan Son Nhat: luggage help, ticketing and a place to wait. The bus collects you at the desk, not from an outdoor car park. If your flight is late, call to move to a later departure.

Every passenger gets a numbered seat from the map. Hai Van sells no extra seats, allows no floor spaces and takes on no extra passengers along the way; buses keep to the registered route and slots. Fares include VAT.
